Dr Kelly Fitzpatrick is NO longer accepting any insurances since January, 2026.  Office visits are 1-2 hours for New Patients and Returning Clients.   Full payment for all charges is required at the time of service, by cash, check or Health Savings Account (HSA), Visa, Mastercard, or Discover.   

Dr Kelly is supportive of a national, single party payment plan for all citizens.

These rates will be in effect  January, 2026.

Adult: 

First Office Call (FOC) 2.0 hour visit– $415.00; Cancer and Multiple Complexity – $475.00

Return Office Call (ROC) 50 minutes- $215.00

Return Office Call 30 minutes – 95.00 acute same day appt.

Pediatric:

FOC 0-12y/o – 1 hour visit $155.00

FOC 13- 17y/o- 1 hour visit – $225.00

ROC 45-50 minutes – $175.00

ROC 30 min acute same day appt – $95.00 – 0-17 y/o

Additional Services:

Female Exam – $225.00 plus labs.

Surgical procedure – $45.00 – 125.00 plus office visit; x 1 procedure

Home Visit: $250.00/hour plus transportation expenses.

After hour services will be billed at a fee for service rate $65.00-$190.00 depending on length of visit and frequency of contact for care through texting and emails and phone calls.
